Typically, we can notice when we feel triggered & either react immediately or compose ourselves and step away. What about processing and having an entirely new and EMPOWERING way of being to follow afterwards.

The part that trips a lot of us up with that is thinking that new way to respond means you should no longer feel the sensation s of the body & mind that the trigger held before...newflash---your new level requires you to be okay with that sensation knowing internally you are a Lighthouse in the Storm.
